Dave Morgan, CEO
Writer, Director, Producer.
Dave is a writer, director, and an RTS Award winning Producer, with over 8 years in the industry behind him. Dave specialises in writing and directing short films. Dave founded DLM Media in March, 2018.
He likes "a good cup of tea, a great series to binge, and lots of LEGO!"
Neal McAndrew, COO
Writer & Producer
New to the industry, Neal joined DLM Media's Discretion in 2018 to assist the production and quickly made his way to Producer within 3 months. Neal is now DLM Media's COO.
He likes "saying "I liked that before it was cool", an occasional gin or three, and independent cinema" in that order.
